Rules for using DPLNK
Last updated: May 28, 2026. These terms keep DPLNK usable for creators, small businesses, and visitors who expect short links to be clear and safe.
Use of DPLNK
- DPLNK lets link owners create short links, app-opening routes, QR codes, bio pages, and analytics for lawful destinations.
- You are responsible for the destinations, captions, aliases, bio content, and campaign metadata you create.
- You must keep your account credentials secure and only use DPLNK in compliance with applicable platform rules and laws.
Prohibited Activity
- Do not use DPLNK for phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, spam, deceptive redirects, illegal goods or services, harassment, or content that violates another service policy.
- Do not bypass rate limits, click quotas, security checks, billing controls, or abuse-prevention systems.
- Do not use misleading aliases, titles, thumbnails, or destinations that hide the true purpose of a link.
Plans, Quotas, and Billing
- Free accounts include the monthly redirect quota shown in the product. When the quota is exhausted, affected links may stop redirecting until the next reset or upgrade.
- Paid plans and billing changes are handled through Stripe. Plan limits, features, and prices can change as the product evolves.
- DPLNK may pause, block, or remove links that create operational risk, abuse reports, security issues, or billing problems.
Availability and Routing
- DPLNK attempts to route visitors into supported apps when possible, but third-party apps, browsers, in-app browsers, operating systems, and destination sites can change behavior at any time.
- DPLNK does not guarantee that a destination app will open in every environment. Fallback URLs are required for reliable visitor experience.
Reports and Enforcement
- Anyone can report a suspicious DPLNK link. DPLNK may review, disable, or remove links and accounts when needed to protect users and the service.
- Abuse decisions may rely on destination content, traffic patterns, reports, account history, and security signals.
Changes
DPLNK may update these terms as features, pricing, abuse controls, mobile apps, and platform rules change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
